Some of the most common questions pet owners may have before choosing pet cremation services are listed below.
Can I be positive that I have my pet’s remains? Each pet receives a stainless steel identification tag immediately upon receipt into Sink Creek Farms Pet Cremation. It then follows their pet through the cremation process. The tag remains in the chamber with your pet during the cremation process. The tag is affixed to the cremated remains upon removal from the crematory and returned with the pet’s remains. Can my pet be picked up at the veterinarian’s clinic or should I bring him to the crematory myself? Either is acceptable, whichever option works for you. You are welcome to bring your pet’s body to our facility after calling our office beforehand to ensure someone is available to receive your pet. Pick up typically occurs the same day we receive a call from you for a home pick up or from your veterinary clinic. Can you take my pet to my veterinarian to have it euthanized? Sorry. We do not offer that service. About how long will the cremation take? Under normal circumstances, your pet’s remains are returned within four to six business days of being received by us. Do I need to purchase an urn? We provide an urn with every individual cremation. How much does it cost to have my pet cremated? The cost of cremation is determined by different factors such as the size of your pet and the memorial options you choose. Feel free to call us at 615-513-6666 to discuss your options with a member of our staff. |
